GV II

Detached Cottage. Mid Cl9. Stone walls, roughcast. Clay tile roof with gable
ends. Brick stacks at left hand gable, and coupled stack in from gable end at
right hand. Stone gable-copings with level kneelers at left hand, and inner right
hand gable. One storey with attics. 5 windows, 2-light cast-iron casements with
lozenge-pattern of glazing-bars, C19. One bay of house extends out on east side.
Porch on east wall, right of centre, with segmental-arch entrance and pitched slate
roof. Plank door.
