SY 58 NE LONG BREDY LONG BREDY VILLAGE

3/165 Nos 1 and 2

GV II

Two attached Estate Cottages. Dated 1865 on front gables. Coursed rubble-stone
walls with dressed stone quoins and window heads. Slate roofs with steeply-pitched
gables to front and end walls. Stacks at front wall in the valley, and towards
left and right hand ends, behind the ridge. T-Plan with long projection towards
street. 1 ½ storeys. 2 windows to front, sashes with glazing-bars, stone cills.
Porches in the angles to each side have steep pentice roofs and round-headed
entrances. Plank doors have rectangular fanlights over.
