Detached Farmhouse. Mid C17. Rubble-stone walls and dressed stone quoins. Slate
roof with gable-ends, stone gable-copings and scroll-kneelers. C20 brick stacks
at each gable. 2 storeys, with attics. 3 windows, regular fenestration, 3-light
stone mullions, hollow-chamfered, with separate labels over. C20 metal casements
with lead lights. Ground floor opening at centre, has moulded jambs and a separate
label over. C20 door with 3-light head and lead lights. Rear elevation retains
3 C17 stone mullions to upper floor, hollow-chamfered with separate labels, C20
wooden casements. Extension to the west, C19, rubble-stone with a slate roof.
2 bays and 2 storeys. 2-light C20 wooden casements with segmental arches over.
Three outshuts to rear,of C19 and C20. Same materials and pentice roofs. C20
plank doors in central and north-west outshut side walls.
