GV II

Semi-detached Cottage, attached to no. 2. Early C19, with
altered C20 fenestration. Rendered walls, painted pink. Slate
roof, with gable-end at north end. C19 brick stack at party
wall. Two storeys. One window. Two C20 wood casements.
Front door at left hand ground, C20 ply door, with C19 fanlight
with glazing-bars over. Included for Group Value.
