GV II

Row of 3 cottages. Late C18. Rubble-stone and chalk-block
walls. Thatch roof, with gable end at north end, and
corrugated iron at south end. Brick stack on centre ridge
and left ridge. Two storeys. 4 windows in total. 2- and
3-light iron casements with glazing-bars, C20 wooden
casements to no. 3. Doorways at centre, formerly a lobby-
entrance, to nos. 1 and 2 (in cause of alteration with
Listed Building Consent to two separate front doors. At
south gable end, to no. 3, plank door entrance in outshut,
on gable end wall.
