Detached Cottage. Mid C18, with C20 restoration. Knapped flint
walls with brick banding, chalk block walling around dormers.
Thatch roof with gable ends. Rebuilt stone and flint stacks.
l½ storeys. 3 windows, brick dressings and window heads, C20
2-light wood easements with glazing-bars. Wood cills, 3
eyebrow dormers, casements with lowered cills. Front door,
panelled and glazed, C2O. Thatch porch canopy, C20.
