Detached farmhouse. Late C18,with C19 re-roofing and rear wing. Coursed stone plinth, flint and brick walls,banded (ground floor); brick walls in stretcher bond to first floor. C19 slate roof, with gable ends and boxed eaves. Late C19 brick stacks at gable-ends.

Two storeys and dormers. Four windows, three to main front, and one to service (south) end. Tripartite sashes with glazing-bars, moulded flush wood frames and wood cills,segmental brick arches, not gauged,and projecting keystones. Single sash-window over front doorway. Three dormers, wood casements with glazing-bars. Front doorway at centre has a cambered brick arch and keystone, six flush-panel door, C19, with rectangular top light over.

Service end, has 3-light wood casements with same arches over. Rear service range, to west, mid C19, brick and slate, has a three-light iron casement with lead lights. Panelled side door and top lights, C19. Attached rear stores with plank doors. Attached front sleeper walls in brick, with stone copings, iron railings with urn finials, iron gate to match, at centre.
