Detached cottage. C17 rear range with front addition at right angles,
early C19. Rubble-stone walls, with front wall rendered. Thatch roof
with gable-ends. Brick stacks at left hand gable, right hand gable,
and on rear ridge. Two storeys. Front range to road, two windows. 3-light
wood casements, wood cills. Left ground, early C19 sash window with glazing-
bars and flush wooden frames. Right ground, small C19 sash with vertical
glazing-bars. Front door, left of centre, plank with 2 top lights, square
ashlar stone jambs and stone lintel. Rear range, has stone gable-copings
and brick stacks. Two storeys. Two windows, 2-light C20 metal casements,
and C19 iron casements. Blocked doorway on south wall.
