Former Groom's House, now study. C17. Coursed dressed stone walls.
Clay-tile roof with gable ends, and stone apex finials. Two storeys.
Two windows to first floor, 2-light hollow-chamfered stone mullions,
separate labels over, C17. Iron casements with lozenge-leaded lights.
Ground floor has a wide entrance, with moulded jambs and depressed-arch
head. This is blocked. Separate returned label over. West elevation
has a depressed-arch doorway with moulded jambs. Plank door, studded.
Two 3-light C20 metal casements, with lozenge-leading.
