Detached farmhouse. Dated DB EB 1660, with C18 rear range, and C20
restoration. Coursed rubble-stone walls, stone slate and slate roofs
with stone gable-copings and moulded kneelers C20 brick stacks at
gable ends. Parallel ridges. Two storeys. 3 windows, with further
window to outbuilding, hollow-chamfered stone mullions, with separate
returned labels to ground floor. C20 metal casements and rectangular-
leaded lights. Stone porch at centre gabled, C20, with plank door, C20.
Incised stone lintel with above date is reset. The gable-ends have 2-light
mullions on gable ends and to attic, with separate labels over. Front
walling to road, coursed rubble-stone walls and ashlar coping stones,
ramped to central gateway and side gateway, running in curve for 65 metres.
