Former pair of cottages, now one. Mid C19. Rubble-stone walls, central
buttress with 3 set-offs. Clay-tile roof with stone gable-copings. Central
stack with moulded cornice. 1½ storeys. Two windows, 2-light cast-iron
casements with lozenge-pattern of iron glazing-bars, having square stone
architraves. Two 2-light gabled dormers over, with cast-iron casements to
same design. Gabled porch-entrances on each gable end of cottage with
straight-chamfered doorways. North porch has a plank-and-muntin door, C19.
South porch has a C20 glazed door. The C20 additions at the rear of Failte
are not of special interest.
