Detached Cottage. Later C19. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof, with stone
gable-copings, steep pitch. Stone stack at left hand gable, with brick top.
1 1/2 storeys. One window and door. Windows have straight-chamfered stone
mullions, cast-iron casements with lozenge pattern of glazing-bars. Separate
labels over. 3-light to ground floor, 2-light above as a gabled half dormer.
Plank-and-muntin door at right hand side, with moulded stone jambs, separate
label over. Pentice-roofed outshut at rear.
