Detached Estate cottage. Later C19. Dressed stone walls and ashlar stone
quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. C19 brick stack with stone verge at
centre, ridge. 1 1/2 storeys. 2 windows, ovolo-moulded stone mullions with
separate labels over. 2-lights throughout, iron casements with glazing-bars.
First floor has windows of same design, half-dormers with gabled slate roofs
and bargeboards. Flint and ashlar stone porch at centre, with gable slate
roof; doorway has moulded jambs, 4-centred arch head (continuous bracket moulding).
Plank door and weatherboard. Pentice-roofed outhouses at rear, C19.
