Estate Cottage. Mid C19. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Slate roofs, with
boxed eaves and ornamental barge-boards. White brick stack on north ridge.
L-Plan, with projecting square bay gabled on west elevation and porch entrance
on north gable wall. Two storeys. 3 windows to west elevation, with straight-
chamfered stone mullions, cast-iron casements set lozenge-wise. Separate
labels over, returned; 3-light to ground floor 2-light above. Porch at north
end, has a gabled slate roof with bargeboards. Stone-moulded jambs to door,
rib-panel door with 2 top lights, C19.
