Liberty Farmhouse
GV II
Barn, with integral cart-sheds and loose-boxes. Late C18. Rubble-stone walls,
and hipped concrete tile roofs. Integral cart-sheds at north and south ends of
barn, with open entrances to west. Square porch on the east side, with 2-leaf
plank doors, and 2-leaf plank doors opposite. Loose-boxes built in the angles
either side of porch. Interior: roof-construction, hammer-beam with collars,
pegged. Straight brace from wall to underside of hammer-beam. 2 sets of butted
through-purlins. Roof is intact late C18 (5 bays), except for some sub-rafters
