Barn. Later C18. Rubblestone base with brick walls above. Hipped
slate roofs and stone slabs at eaves. Large brick porch to north with
hipped slate roof. 2-leaf plank doors and cambered brick arch over.
Brick porch on south side with 2-leaf plank doors. Interior: roof
is scissor-braced with bolted collars throughout. Attached yard walls
run for 25 metres by 20 metres, making a yard to north of barn
Rubblestone base and chalk cob walls throughout, with rounded corners.
Roman tile coping to chalk cob, C18 or C19. This is a good example
of cob walling in the context of a farm yard.
