Dairy House. Early C18, with C19 and C20 refenestration. Brick
walls in Flemish bond with vitrified headers, first floor plat
band. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick stacks at ridge centre and
at right hand gable. Plan: northern half is the dairy; southern
half forms a dwelling, with a two room plan. Two storeys, one
window and 3 windows. Dairy has a 3 light wood casement in decayed
condition. Dwelling has 3 light C20 metal casements, 2 light over
front door. Segmental brick arches and concrete lintels. Front
door is wood and glazed, C20. (R.C.H.M. Dorset II, p.138 (7) Plan).
