St German's Church

Remains of St German's Church. C18, with C14 and C15 material
incorporated. Coursed and random rubble stone with some flints
and dressed stone quoins. East gable wall is all that stands.
East window is of two lights (originally) with ogee trefoiled
heads. Central mullion has gone. Segmental pointed rear arch,
of which only one block is in situ on the north side. Scheduled
Ancient Monument, Dorset 401. (R.C.H.M. Dorset II, p.387 (8)).
