Farmhouse. Late C16 - early C17 origin, altered in C18. Coursed rubble stone
walls, thatched roof. One plastered stack at left end, one brick stack right
of centre, one stone stack at right end. 2 storeys. C20 open timber porch
with gabled tiled roof. 6-panel moulded panel door. Ground floor has, left
of door, a 3-light stone mullioned window and, right of door, four 2-light
stone mullioned windows, all with lead lights, and under a continuous hood-mould.
First floor has six 2-light stone mullioned windows with lead lights. C20
single-storey rear addition, of stone, with flat roof. Internally, room left
of door, - kitchen, has chamfered ceiling beams, and large fireplace, part
built up. Centre room has large open fireplace with timber lintel, and 2
chamfered ceiling beams. Room at right end - parlour, has C18 raised panelling
with moulded cornice - C18 stair with turned balusters and spandril brackets.
