including front

Detached house. Probably mid-C18, altered in C19. Rubble stone walls, slate
roof with bracketed eaves and ornamental bargeboards; brick end stacks. 2
storeys. Ledged door in C20 gabled timber porch. Ground floor has 2 casements
with centre glazing bar under segmental arches. First floor has 3 similar
casements, without arches. Internally, right ground floor room has large
open fireplace with timber lintel - part built up. Spiral stair adjoins this.
Iron front boundary railings with hooped tops, and ornamental finials at
mid-height.
