2/82 Lower Farm House,
including boundary
walls to house and
farmyard.

Farmhouse. Probably mid-C19 but may incorporate earlier work. Rubble-stone
walls, part plastered; slate roof with stone eaves courses, brick end stacks.
2 storeys. L-shaped plan. C20 glazed timber porch with stone slate lean-to
roof. Ledged door. Ground floor has 2 stone mullioned windows with hoodmoulds,
with casements with glazing bars. 3 similar windows on first floor. Rear wing,
slightly lower, in matching construction. Front boundary wall of rubble stone,
with flat coping. Higher rubble stone wall extends right of this, round farmyard
