9/165 Keeper's Cottage

Detached cottage. Appears contemporary with Clyffe House, c1842. Walls;
left section brick, right section brick and flint banding. Slate roof. One
brick stack at right end, one right of centre. 2 storeys. Gabled porch
with round arched doorway. Ledged door with glass panel. Ground floor has
3 casements with centre horizontal bar, under segmental arches. First floor
has 3 casements with cast iron glazing under similar arches.
