Probably early C19. Brick walls; modern low-pitched tiled roof, replacing slate.
Three storeys. Elevation facing Cook Row has a modern door and window on the ground
floor. First and second floors have double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Side
elevation has modern door and window on the ground floor. One double-hung sash window
with glazing bars to first floor.
