Late C18-early C19. Rendered walls. Slate roof. Gable at east end has moulded
brick coping. Brick stack. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor has C19 shop
front in classical surround. First floor has one double hung sash window with
glazing bars in upper sash. Attic has one dormer with hipped roof and pivoted sash
with glazing bars.
Elevation to Dean's Court Lane has, on ground floor, 2 shop windows, one similar
to that in King Street and one rather plainer. First floor has 2 double hung sash
windows with glazing bars, and one blocked window.
Adjoining house in Dean's Court Lane now appears part of No 1 King Street. Probably
C18. Rendered walls. Tiled roof with brick dentil cornice at eaves. Brick stacks.
Two storeys. Ground floor has 6 panel door with classical pediment on carved
brackets. Three double hung sash windows with glazing bars. First floor has
2 double hung sash windows with glazing bars and 2 blocked windows.
