door in a projecting rendered porch with flat roof and cornice. Centre section
of facade projects slightly. Ground floor has 2 double hung sash window with
centre glazing bar. First floor has 3 similar windows. Projecting bay window
in rendered surround on east elevation. White painted cast iron fence to front
boundary. Unspoilt C19 house. Group value and historical association with Mill.
