Probably mid-C19. Facade has Georgian character, but the building does not appear
on Tithe Map. Brick walls, tiled roof, brick stack. Two storeys and attics.
Ground floor has, on rounded corner, shop front with vertical timber mullions and
glazed door. Also, facing Leigh Road, one double hung sash window with glazing
bars. Facing Poole Road, a domestic type door in a round arched opening with
rendered surround, and a 3 light double hung sash window with glazing bars. On
first floor, facing Leigh Road, 4 double hung sash windows with glazing bars and
2 blocked windows. Facing Poole Road, a canted bay window with double hung sashes.
Two dormers to attic with hipped roofs and metal casements.
