C18. Brick walls with parapet. Tiled roof. Brick stacks. Two storeys. Stone
band course at base of parapet. Ground floor has central doorway. Six panel
moulded panel door in good classical surround. Very good ornamental fanlight over
door. Pediment with modillion blocks, carried on entablature with half round
Tuscan pilasters. Two 3-light double hung sash windows with glazing bars. First
floor has 2 similar windows, and a single light double hung sash window with glazing
bars in centre.
