Circa 1872. Architects Fletcher and Brett (Pevsner). Stone facade. Roof
concealed behind parapet. Classical design. Three storeys. Rusticated stone-
work to ground floor. Centre section of facade slightly recessed. Ground floor
has 2 doorways with round headed arches and panelled doors, and 4 round headed
windows with carved keystones and double hung sashes. First floor has 6 double
hung sash windows with stone surrounds, and pediments on console brackets - the
2 outer windows with segmental pediments, the rest straight-sided. Second
floor has 6 double hung sash windows, segmental headed, with moulded stone
surrounds. Balustraded parapet. Good late C19 building.
