Probably early C19. Rendered walls, low pitched slate roof, brick stacks.
Two storeys. Ground floor has doorway with modern glazed door and original
fanlight, moulded hood on console brackets, and timber surround. Also one double
hung sash window with glazing bars. First floor has 2 similar windows.
