Pair of cottages. Late C18-early C19, enlarged late in C19. Brick walls, thatched roofs, brick stacks. Centre stack has two diagonal shafts. Two storeys.

West Dairy Cottage - apparently once two cottages, has ledged door with glass panel under thatched porch - also one blocked doorway. Ground floor has two casement windows with glazing bars. First floor has three similar windows.

East Dairy Cottage has ledged door. Ground and first floors each have one casement window with glazing bars. Single-storey lean-to at east end, with thatched roof.

Both cottages have two-storeyed gabled rear wings with central valley gutter.
