Pamphill Dairy House
ST 90 SE 3/38 2.11.82
Late C16 early C17. Front wall of brick - probably a refacing - rear walls
timber-framed. Thatched roof, central brick stack. Four room lobby entrance
plan. One storey and attic. Ledged door in timber porch. Ground floor has
three casement windows with glazing bars and one metal window. Attic has two
dormers with casements, one with cast iron lights. Ground floor rooms have deep
chamfered ceiling beams. Remains of large open fireplace with bread oven, part
built up.
