Built 1855, in Gothic style. Stone walls, tiled roof, stone stack. One storey
and attics. On main (south) entrance front, lodge has gable, with parapets.
Pointed arched doorway. Ground floor has a three-light square-headed Gothic
window. Attic has a similar two-light window with small circular window over.
Large segmental pointed arch to gateway, under gable. Panel above arch carved
with inscription "Erected 1855". Lean-to on east side, of similar construction.
Lean-to extension on west side of lodge, of similar construction, also a
single-storey flat-roofed rear extension, of reconstructed stone.
