Probably C18. Plastered cob walls, repaired and buttressed in brick, thatched
roof, brick stack. One storey and attics. Two-room plan, at right angles to
road. Lean-to extension at east end has brick walls under thatched catslide
roof. Main south elevation has brick porch with tiled roof. Ground floor has
one metal casement window. Attic has one dormer with casements with glazing
bars. Main ground floor room has large fireplace, partly built up, and
chamfered ceiling beam.
