Probably C18. Plastered walls, thatched roof, brick stack. One storey and attics.
Ground floor has two casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has two dormers with
similar casements. Single-storey lean-to on west, with corrugated iron roof. Flat-
roofed addition at rear.
Internally, ground floor rooms have some exposed ceiling beams. Large central stack,
fireplaces now built up.
Probably represents encroachment on common land.
