Attached to chapel (qv). Appears C16, but may have been contemporary with
chapel. Altered in C19. North wall of ironstone, south wall of brick,
buttressed. Tiled roof, brick stack. North elevation has pointed arched
doorway, and modern timber window in stone surround. East of this, signs of
a large timber window, now blocked. South wall has part-glazed ledged door.
One hipped dormer with casements with lead lights. Some exposed chamfered
ceiling beams.
