Probably C18 - may be of earlier origin. Walls of brick and stone, with gable
parapets. Thatched roof, brick stack. South gable wall of stone, raised in
brick. Main elevation has part-glazed ledged door. Ground and first floors
each have two casement windows with centre glazing bars. Later single-storey
lean-to at north end has plastered walls and asbestos roof.
Internally, some exposed ceiling beams on ground floor. Evidence of large
open fireplace in south wall, partly built up.
