11/35 The Old Rectory

GV II

Rectory, now private house, early C19. Brick with tiled roofs and end
brick stacks. In a loosely Jacobean style. East front symmetrical, 2 storeys,
3 bays with gabled central bay. 2-light casements with glazing bars under flat
brick arches above. Mullioned and transomed windows with glazing bars under
flat brick arches and returned stone labels to the ground floor. Central
part-glazed door with transom-light under returned label. Large polygonal
bay to garden front.
