Detached house, late C18 or early C19, incorporating earlier material.
Banded brick and flint incorporating monolithic, round-headed niches of
unknown provenance. Tiled roofs with end stone copings. Arcaded brick
stacks to ends and part way along the ridge right. 2 storeys, 4 window
range. 2-light timber casements with glazing bars under segmental brick
heads. Blocked central shaped stone doorway. C20 part glazed door left
of centre. (RCHM, Dorset, vol V, p 68, no. 15).
