GV II

Detached house, mid C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tiled roof with courses
of shaped tiles. Brick stacks with diagonally set flues to ends and behind
ridge. 2 storeys and attics, 3 bay. C19 2-light cast iron casements with
lozenge panes. Bays with similar casements below. Central ribbed door in
open gabled porch. A very complete Victorian house of above average
architectural quality.
