Farmhouse, C17, possibly with an earlier core. Irregularly bonded brickwork
and timber framing. Thatched roof with brick stacks along the ridge left and
behind the ridge right. One and a half storeys, irregular fenestration. 2, 3
and 4-light C19 casements with horizontal glazing bars, some retaining
vestiges of earlier timber surrounds. C20 plain casement right of centre.
Plank door in open gabled porch forming lobby entry.

Internal features (R.C.H.M): exposed chamfered beams. (R.C.H.M. Dorset, Vol
