9/56 Rowe Hill Farm House

GV II

Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Roughcast cob walls, thatched roof, hipped at
left end. One brick stack at right end, one near left end. 2 storeys. Left
section appears a later build. Part glazed panelled door in glazed timber
porch with gabled slate roof with bargeboard. Part glazed door near left end
inside an added conservatory. Ground floor has 3 casements with horizontal
glazing bars in raised plastered surrounds with vermiculated keystones. First
floor has 3 similar casements, without surrounds. Large C20 addition at rear,
with plastered walls and slate roof.
