Small former farmhouse, C18. Cob walls, raised in brick, thatched roof,
plastered stacks on ridge. 2 storeys. Left end part rebuilt, projects
forward slightly. Ledged door in pebble dashed porch with gabled tiled roof.
Ground floor has three C20 casements with lead lights. First floor has 2
similar windows and one dormered in left section. C20 rear wing at right end,
in matching construction. Lean-to extension at right end. Internally, main
ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel and bread oven.
Smaller open fireplace in room at left end. Some exposed chamfered ceiling
beams. Under repair at time of survey Nov - 1985.
