GV II

Detached house. Probably early C18. Roughcast walls, slate roof, one brick
stack at left end, one set in from right end. Roof originally hipped.
Originally L-shaped plan - C19 infil block at rear. 2 storeys. Part glazed
panelled door under pentice hood on brackets. Ground floor has 2 inserted C19
bay windows with sashes with centre glazing bar. First floor has 4 segmental
headed sashes with glazing bars. Internally, some chamfered ceiling beams.
Large open fireplace in original rear wing - kitchen.C18 raised panel doors.
C18 fireplace surround on first floor.
