Detached cottage. Probably C18. Roughcast cob walls, hipped thatched roof,
roughcast end stacks. One storey and attic. Apsidal porch with part glazed
door. Ground floor has 2 casements with glazing bars. Attic has 2 dormers
with similar casements. Single storey extension at right end, in matching
construction - possibly a former outbuilding, with 3 casements with glazing
bars. Internally, one large open fireplace with timber lintel - altered.
Some exposed ceiling beams. (R.C.H.M. Monument 14. Dorset Vol V).
