Small detached cottage. Probably C18. Roughcast cob walls, thatched roof
hipped at left end and carried down as catslide; brick stack at right end.
One storey and attic. Front wall buttressed. Ledged door in roughcast porch
under thatched catslide roof. Second, stable door. Ground floor has three
C20 casements with lead lights. Attic has 2 dormers with similar casements.
Single storey flat roofed rear extension. Internally, - one large open
fireplace - part reconstructed, with bread oven. (R.C.H.M. Monument 25.
