Detached cottage. Probably C18, - possibly earlier origin. Roughcast cob
walls, hipped thatched roof, brick stack near right end. One storey and
attic. 2 part glazed doors. Ground floor has 3 casements with glazing bars
and an added square bay window with hipped tiled roof and similar casements.
Attic has 2 dormers with similar casements. Single storey rear lean-to with
slate roof. Interior altered. (R.C.H.M. Monument 24. Dorset Vol V).
