GV II

Former watermill. Early C19. Brick walls; slate roof, with bargeboards to
verges. 2 storeys and loft. Elevation to road has, on ground floor, 2
casements with cast iron glazing under gauged arches. 4 similar casements on
first floor. South gable end has, on ground floor, a pair of part glazed
ledged doors. Above this a part glazed door, with remains of loading
platform. In loft, one casement with cast iron glazing. Brick wheel pit on
west side, with remains of waterwheel. (R.C.H.M. Monument 6. Dorset, Vol
