Detached house - perhaps originally a small farmhouse. Probably C18.
Roughcast cob walls, thatched roof, hipped at left end. One brick stack at
right end, one near left end. Left section of house may be a later addition.
Also, a lower, single storey extension at left end. Main house of one storey
and attics. Added roughcast porch with gabled tiled roof and part glazed
door. Ground floor has 5 casements with glazing bars. Attic has 3 dormers
with similar casements. Single storey rear lean-to with corrugated sheet
roof. Internally, one ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber
lintel.
