The World's End PH

Public house. Of probable C17 origin, mainly C18 and early C19. Cob walls
to the south side, painted brickwork to the north side, cambered openings.
Thatch roof, with eyebrow dormers. A long narrow range, with a taller block
at the north east side, beyond which is an L-shaped single storeyed range of
stores and stables. One storey and attic, irregular fenestration.
Casements. Plain doorways. The building adjoins a section of the old east
west road, re-routed to a more northerly line round Charborough Park. RCHM
