Mid C18. Brown brick. Side wall rubble, part roughcast. Red brick dressings
and rubber voussoirs. Pitched tile roof. Brick gable coping. Red brick stacks.
2 storeys and attics. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 5 ranges of segment-headed
cased sashes with glazing bars and keystones. 2 attic dormers with hipped tile
roof, tile-hung cheeks, moulded and dentilled cornice and modern windows. Ground
floor bay window with sashes, glazing bars and dentilled cornice. 6-panelled
door (2 glazed, 4 moulded) in panelled reveals and soffit. Doorcase with fluted
pilasters, idiosyncratic capitals flanking blind semi-circular fanlight, and taking
open pediment with spherical dentils and paterae in soffit.

Nos 18 to 22 (even) and the Junior School form a group.
